This stunning custom build was a 'dream home' project for the owners, set in a highly desired location mere steps from Moreton Bay.  

The effective use of a narrow frontage lot focused on functionality and the purity of flow between the kitchen, dining & lounge area to the spacious outdoor living complete with fire pit & sparkling heated inground pool. 

Featuring luxurious bathrooms enhanced with brushed gunmetal diamond embossed tapware, open wet room and triple shower to ensuite. 

Considered and light filled, the main living space is adorned by a stunning atrium, allowing tropical garden views throughout the heart of the home. 

This home stands out from the crowd and dominates the area with it's striking street appeal.

The Pinnacle Residence - Now Completed!

The Pinnacle Residence is now complete over a month ahead of schedule and has exceeded our expectations. 

A whole home transformation, entirely stripped back to the frame and redesigned to perfection. 

Our clients unique style is evident in every finish, making the most of a neutral palette and the homes new light filled expanses.

The final result is a beautiful, open and functional space that has been crafted from what was once a pokey 1980's classic.

This stunning, light, bright and airy apartment with spectacular Ocean & river views was over due for a revival. Our client opted for coastal finishes in keeping with the Surfers Paradise location and his love for all things Beachy! Now fully completed the The Before & Afters are amazing!

Burleigh Heads Transformation

This 1980's classic was in serious need of a rebirth! Situated in one of the most sought after neighbourhoods on the GC, it was only fitting to renovate and extend this little gem to reflect it's superb location. In addition to a full gut and modern redesign of the existing dwelling, we will be constructing a luxurious parents retreat, sparkling pool & entertainment area. Construction is commencing early August - we are so excited about this one! Check out our IG for regular updates and the After pics expected just prior to Christmas! 

Beach House - Beautiful Guest Bathroom After

Some would say there wasn't much reason to renovate the existing bathrooms at this stunning beachside property - at first glance that is! Exuding a very strong noughties vibe, on closer inspection these 'boring bathrooms' definitely needed some 'jazzing up'! In making their house a home, our amazing clients felt the desire to express their vibrant personalities and do away with the 'beige'! And we were more than happy to oblige! 

This exciting transformation is now complete and we are blown away with the result.

Beach House - Beautiful Bathroom Before & Afters!

Mermaid Beach Town Home

Located on an iconic beachfront strip in Mermaid Beach, this unique 3 level town home is begging for a refresh. The ensuite and bathroom will be completely redesigned, gutted and transformed into contemporary, luxurious spaces adorned with glamourous tiling and high end fixtures. We worked closely with our clients to carefully consider every detail ensuring this transformation exceeded their expectations. 

Hinterland Pre School Cottage

The magical transformation of the Hinterland Pre School Cottage is now complete. This little gem embraced her glamourous makeover and now shines proudly upon her mountain both inside and out. 

It was an absolute pleasure to create such a romantic and calming getaway for our amazing clients.
